Weight loss treatments are generally applied after other means of weight loss fail. We do not recommend these procedures before you try dieting and exercising.
However we also know that %98 of dieters either quit the diet or they gain weight after the diet is done. Food can be more addictive than anything. Bariatric surgeries are highly effective because they either limit the amount of food your stomach holds or the calories your body can absorb. Some procedures even achieve both.
You can see the types of operations below and click on them to learn more. Alternatively you can contact us and we will find the operation that best suits you.

Gastric sleeve operation is one of the most popular choices among surgeons and patients. Performed through only small incisions with the help of a camera, laparoscopic procedures shorten the amount of time under anesthesia, provide a faster recovery and more comfort for the patient. 2/3 of the stomach is removed including the part that produces ghrelin (hunger hormone).
Gastric band operation is done by wrapping a band around the upper portion of the stomach. This creates a small pouch and restricts the amount of food the patient can consume. It is performed laparoscopically (small incisions as opposed to open surgery) which helps with recovery. However this operation is done under special circumstances since it has a higher complication risk compared to surgical methods. Please contact us for more information.
Stomach botox is done by endoscopically injecting botulinum toxin A on certain parts of the stomach. Botox slows down the stomach muscles and digestion which keeps the stomach full for longer amounts of time. The effect lasts for 6 months and the patients are expected to lose %10 of their body weight during that time.
